When ordering repair parts, the serial number of the machine MUST be stated on the order. For machines requiring UL, CSA or municipality code compliance such as Los Angeles and Chicago – CONTACT FACTORY. For motors requiring a different horsepower, voltage, phase or cycle than shown – CONTACT FACTORY. On ALL orders specify a single voltage, phase and cycle that the machine should be wired, even though many motors may be listed as dual voltage. We reserve the right to quote direct on government or institutional bids and to quote all customers direct on repairs or special machinery. We will not be held responsible for losses or delays caused by strikes, fires or other contingencies beyond our control. A service charge of 1.5% will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30 days. We do not handle Conditional Sales Contracts.
